When do messages go by text, and when in the app?
Owners on the app get app messages. Everyone else gets a text from your business number.
For businesses and dog owners
- If an owner has linked the app, messages, report cards and reminders arrive in the app.
- If they haven’t, the same message goes by text from your business number.
- Each text names your business and includes “Reply STOP to opt out”, as the Spam Act requires.

If that didn’t work
