Prices in AUD, plus GST. In the iPhone app, Apple bills the same plans and its prices include GST. Plans and features as they’ll be at launch: some features are still being built, and we’ll confirm what’s included before you pay anything.

Why is the web cheaper?When you pay in the iPhone app, Apple keeps a share of every payment. On the web we don’t pay that, so we pass the saving on to you.

Is PackDay available now?

PackDay is in early access. The apps launch soon, and what you see on this site is the working prototype. Join early access and we’ll email you when it opens; your 30-day free trial starts then.

What is the founding offer?

20% off your first 12 months on a monthly web plan, for the first 10 Australian businesses with a registered ABN that join early access. It starts with your first paid month after the free trial. After 12 months your plan goes back to the standard price automatically and stays there. Yearly plans already include 2 months free, so the founding discount doesn’t stack with them. There’s no lock-in contract: cancel any time. For example, Studio on the web is $149 a month + GST; with the founding offer it’s $119.20 a month + GST for your first year. Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. When PackDay opens, your 30-day trial starts without a card. We’ll email you 3 days before it ends, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Do you take a cut of my card payments?

Never. PackDay won’t take a percentage of your card payments. Taking card payments in PackDay is coming later; when it arrives, your provider’s processing fee applies as usual and PackDay adds nothing on top.

What does PackDay cost my clients?

Nothing. The owner app is free for every client of a PackDay business, including the dog’s passport, the tag page and lost mode. Owners can choose PackDay Plus for A$4.99 a month or A$39.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial, for tag alerts, every photo kept, a monthly recap and family sharing. Owners pay for Plus themselves through the App Store; your business never does.

What happens if we send more texts than our plan includes?

Texts arrive with the apps. When they do, extra texts over your plan’s allowance are held and we let you know. You can add 500 more for $25 or wait for next month. Only texts to owners who don’t use the free app count: app owners get free notifications instead. You’ll never get a surprise bill.

Can my team log in?

Yes, once accounts open. Team logins will be included in Studio and Pack Pro, with roles for owners, managers, handlers, groomers and front desk. No per-user fees.

Can you help us move from our current software?

Yes. You’ll be able to import your existing spreadsheets and exports yourself, with an undo. On Pack Pro we’ll do the import for you.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly plans will stop at the end of the month you cancel, and you’ll be able to export all your data whenever you like.
