I can’t sign in
Use the same sign-in method you signed up with, then reset by email if needed.
For businesses and dog owners
- On the welcome screen, tap I already have an account.
- Use the method you signed up with: Apple, Google, Microsoft or email. Each one is a separate login.
- For email, we send a 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes. Check junk and promotions, or tap send a new code.
- If you used Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, the address on your account is a private relay address. Use Sign in with Apple again.
- Check the date and time on your phone are set automatically. Codes fail if the clock is out.
If that didn’t work
In the test version, Log in opens the sample account and the Apple, Google and Microsoft buttons are demos. Real sign-in is coming with the App Store build. If you’re locked out of a real account later, use the contact form and we’ll verify it’s you before changing anything.
