How do I change my email or mobile number?

For businesses and dog owners
- Changing your sign-in email or mobile in the app is coming with the App Store build.
- Owners can already change the mobile your business sees: your dog’s tab › Your details.
- To change a sign-in email now, use the contact form. We confirm the new address before switching.
If that didn’t work
If you no longer have access to the old email, say so on the contact form so we can verify it’s you another way.
