I signed up with Apple and now can’t find my account
Sign in with Apple may have given us a private email. Use Apple again to get back in.
For businesses and dog owners
- On the sign-in screen, choose Sign in with Apple again, using the same Apple Account.
- To see what email PackDay has, open iPhone Settings › your name › Sign in with Apple › PackDay.
- If you’ve made a second account by accident, tell us which one to keep and we’ll merge them.
If that didn’t work
In the test version, Sign in with Apple is a demo button. Real Apple sign-in is coming with the App Store build.
