How do I set up my business in PackDay?
Pick your services, set hours and prices, bring your clients across, then invite your team.
For businesses
- Open the app and tap Get started. Choose I run a dog business, then create your account with Apple, Google, Microsoft or email.
- Pick what you offer: daycare, grooming, boarding and kennels, or training. You can change this later in More › What you offer.
- Set your opening hours in More › Opening hours and your prices in More › Services and prices. More is your logo at the top left of Today.
- Bring your clients and dogs across in More › Import clients, dogs and team. Any spreadsheet or export works.
- Invite your team from Team › People › Invite, then your clients from More › Invite clients to the app.
If that didn’t work
If something in your setup doesn’t fit how you run things, tell us on the contact form. We set up a lot of businesses by hand during the early days.
