How do I import clients and dogs from a spreadsheet?
Add the file or paste the cells. PackDay matches the columns and shows you a check before importing.
For businesses
- Go to More › Import clients, dogs and team.
- Tap Choose files to add a CSV, Excel or Numbers file, or Paste from a sheet to paste the cells.
- Tap Match my columns. Headings can be anything: “Pet”, “Dog name”, “Mobile”, “Ph”, “Days”, “M/W/F”. Check the ones marked best guess.
- Check the preview: merged duplicates, fixed phone numbers and anything missing, like vaccinations.
- Tap Import. You can undo it from the same screen for 24 hours (Undo this import).
If that didn’t work
If a file won’t read, tap Send us your files on the Import screen and we’ll import it for you, free during early access.
