The owner didn’t get the report card

Check it was sent, the owner is linked, and notifications are on.

For businesses and dog owners

1. Business: open Report cards and check the card shows Sent, not Draft.
2. Check the owner is on the app: their row in Invite clients says On the app.
3. If they’re not on the app, cards go by text. Texts are coming soon: in this test version nothing is really sent.
4. Owner: open Home. Recent report cards are listed even if the notification didn’t show.
