My dog is lost. What do I do?

Turn on Lost mode now. Anyone who scans the tag sees your contact details and can tell you where your dog is.

For dog owners

Do this first, then call your local council pound and nearby vets. If Lost mode isn’t working, contact us and tick Urgent.

1. Open your dog’s tab › Passport. Under Smart tag, turn on Lost mode.
2. Finders who scan the tag see a lost banner and how to reach you.
3. Tell your business and your local packs, and call your council pound and nearby vets. Check your microchip details are current.
4. When someone scans the tag, you get an alert, with where it was scanned if they share it.
5. When your dog’s home, turn Lost mode off.
