The smart tag won’t scan

Try the camera on the QR code, then the code printed on the back.

For dog owners

1. Open the phone’s camera and point it at the QR code from about 15 cm away, in good light.
2. If the tag is scratched, type the code from the back of the tag at packday.app/t.
3. To link a new tag, open Passport › Smart tag › I have a tag.
