How do I book a day, a groom or a stay?
Tap Book on Home and pick the service your business offers.
For dog owners
- On Home, tap Book.
- Choose the service. You only see what your business offers: extra daycare days, baths and grooms, stays or classes.
- Tap Choose a day, pick the date, add a note if you like, then tap Request booking.
- Your business confirms it. You’ll get a notification and see it in Care › Calendar.
If that didn’t work
PackDay never adds a booking fee. Payment is between you and your business.
