How do I cancel or change a subscription bought through Apple?
Apple manages it: Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
For businesses and dog owners
- On iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Tap PackDay and choose Cancel Subscription, or pick a different plan.
- You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- We can’t cancel Apple subscriptions for you. Only you can, from your Apple Account.
If that didn’t work
Can’t see PackDay there? Check you’re signed in with the Apple Account that paid. Look at your email receipts from Apple.
