For businesses and dog owners

1. Open Help and support (More in the business app, your dog’s tab in the owner app), then Contact support.
2. Choose a topic and describe what happened and what you expected.
3. Add the steps you took, and attach a screenshot if you can.
4. Your device and app version are added for you.
