Someone new is collecting a dog. What do I do?

Only release a dog to someone confirmed on its profile. Check photo ID if your rules say so.

For businesses

1. Only release a dog to someone listed under Who can collect on its profile.
2. If the person isn’t listed, don’t release the dog. Call the owner from the dog’s profile.
3. The owner can add them in Family, and a manager confirms it from Today › Needs attention.
4. Set photo ID checks (off, first pick-up only, or every pick-up) in More › Pick-up rules.
