How do I download a copy of my data?
Download it straight from the app, any time. No request needed.
For businesses and dog owners
- Owners: open your dog’s tab › Privacy › Download my data.
- Businesses: open More › Your data › Export your data for a ZIP of spreadsheets (clients, dogs, bookings, report cards, messages, timesheets, rosters, boards and invoices). Timesheets on their own: Team › Timesheets › Export.
- Owners get a JSON file. Open it in any text editor, or send it to another service.
If that didn’t work
Nothing downloaded? On iPhone, check the Files app › Downloads. Still stuck? Ask us on the contact form and we’ll send it.
