Staff can’t clock in: it says they’re not at work

The location check needs precise location while clocking in, inside your zone.

For businesses

1. On the staff member’s phone: Settings › PackDay › Location › While Using the App, with Precise Location on.
2. Clock in from inside the building. Indoors, GPS can be off by 50 metres or more.
3. Manager: check the zone in More › Clock-in rules. 100 m works for most sites; choose 200 m for a big property.
4. Turn on the front-desk kiosk in More › Clock-in rules as a backup. Staff clock in on a shared iPad with a PIN.
5. Missed clock-ins can be fixed by a manager on the timesheet, with a reason.
